  • Representation of Southern California developer in connection with refinance of five properties in California and in obtaining Fannie Mae loans totaling approximately $60,000,000. 
  • Representation of tenant in negotiating and drafting air space leases from governmental agency and obtaining air space leasehold construction financing. 
  • Periodic review and updating of loan documents for various lender clients. 
  • Representation of lenders in a wide variety of personal property and asset-based financing facilities covering collateral such as art, motor vehicles, computer components, notes and negotiable instruments and intangible personal property and inventory, and in connection with accounts receivable financing, equipment financing and sale-leaseback transactions relating to equipment.
